Returns & Exchanges
We want every order to be right. Here's everything you need to know.
No Refunds / Order Cancellation
Once an order has been paid for and processed by our team, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All products are final sale and sold in their current condition. Due to the unique nature of our furniture pieces, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and shipping charges for these items are also non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange window for our valued customers. If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must organise their own return shipment. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and a flat $50 return shipping fee.
Before reaching out, please ensure:
- The product is in original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- Tags have not been removed
Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, we sincerely apologise and will resend any items confirmed to be missing. Before contacting us, please check:
- Some orders ship in multiple packages from different locations
- Review your order confirmation emails for separate shipments
- Check each parcel's delivery note to verify included items
- Log in to My Account → My Orders to see if your order was split
If an item is still missing, contact us with your order number and the name and number of the missing item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, we're here to help. When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- The name and number of the affected item
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, it will be canceled and fully refunded. This typically happens when inventory is updated after your order was placed. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the cancellation.
