NO REFUNDS / ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been paid for and processed by our team, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

All products listed on our website are final sale and are sold in their current condition.

Important: Due to the unique nature of our furniture pieces, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping and delivery charges related to these items are also non-refundable.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day exchange window for our valued customers.

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery—provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must organize their own return shipment.

Returns are subject to:

  • A 30% restocking fee

  • A flat return shipping fee of $50

Before reaching out to our support team, please ensure:

  • The product is in original condition

  • The original packaging is intact

  • Tags have not been removed

Once your return is received and approved, we will proceed with the exchange.

 


MISSING ITEMS

If something is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize and will resend any items confirmed to be missing.

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different locations

  • Review your order confirmation emails to see if items are arriving separately

  • Check each parcel’s delivery note to verify included items

  • Log in to My Account > My Orders to confirm if your order was split into separate shipments

If an item is still missing after reviewing the above, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The name and number of the missing item

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

 


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Please confirm the following before reaching out:

  • The item is in original condition

  • The original packaging is intact

  • Tags are still attached

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name and number of the affected item

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the fault

We'll take care of the issue as quickly as possible.

 


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We’re sorry if you’ve been notified that an item in your order is out of stock.

This typically means that while the item appeared available when you placed the order, our inventory was updated after processing.

If this happens, the unavailable item will be canceled and fully refunded. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the cancellation.
