ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We typically process and dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours and is closed on national holidays. During such times, we work to minimize any delays in shipping.

 


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

After your order has been dispatched, you can expect the following delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–17 business days

  • Express Shipping: 6–9 business days

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please email us at support@thevaultchamber.com.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your Order History.

 


CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied once your order arrives in your country.

The prices shown on our site are exclusive of tax. Any customs charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient.

 


MISSED DELIVERIES

If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier may leave a note, attempt to contact you, or provide alternative instructions such as:

  • Leaving the parcel with a neighbor

  • Storing it in a designated safe place

  • Offering a re-delivery date or pickup instructions

If you’ve received a delivery notification, please follow the instructions or contact your local courier office promptly.

 


CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & RESTRICTED ITEMS

Customs authorities in your country may request additional documentation to release your package, which could result in delivery delays.

Please ensure you're familiar with your country's import restrictions. We are not liable for items held or rejected by customs due to local regulations.
